I'm Brad Shantz (prounced like wants, not like chance), and I'm glad you're here. My career has evolved to a point where, instead of "doing jobs", I get more satisfaction out of sharing my experiences, and applying what I've learned over the past 25 years to help make any organization successful.
Communication is critical. I step into an organization and help identify their current business strategy, seek to understand what they want their business to look like, and help them find methodologies for their business teams, technical delivery teams, and marketing and sales teams to meet that potential.
I also provide training on the methodologies used, and walk along side the teams as concepts are put in place. I don't just drop in, present, and leave. That's not the key to innovation success. I'm a huge fan of agile methodologies (i.e. Kanban, Scrum, etc.), but my goal is to make an organization successful in what they do, now, and help them evolve to be better, more efficient, and less wasteful.
